“I have too many ankle boots,” – said no one ever!
Probably one of the first things that excite me about Fall is ankle boots! I’ve always been a year-round bootie wearin’ gal, but the Fall season just reminds me how much I love a good ankle boot. Lately, I have a few favorites that I’ve been stomping around in.
For, me it’s the Missguided snakeskin bootie (shown on my Instagram and in 2 other colors) and my newest obsession, the Fergalicious motorcycle bootie, but there’s so many others out there at all price points.
I’ve linked some below that have caught my eye for this season!
The Boyfriend Jean
The boyfriend jean will always hold a special place in my heart – AND closet.
I LOVE a good pair of boyfriend jeans. In fact, I own most of mine in different shades.
While yes, there are a plethora of different denim styles out right now, the boyfriend jean is still going strong! While it’s been popular for a few seasons, the distressed straight-leg look is a favorite of mine.
Sometimes, I find myself confused and undecided with how to style them. Anyone else? Do you go baggy on top or a more fitted look? Oversized coat or cropped? Do they work with ankle boots? The Fall season tends to make it easier on us because you can toss on your favorite knit or statement top and you’re all set!
Having trouble finding the perfect pair? I recommend going to the store and trying multiple on. There’s no better way to figure out what works best with your figure. Above all, don’t forget that the laidback boyfriend jean is all about comfort and ease.

For me, a classic knit is one that’s soft, cozy, a little oversized and makes you want to wear it on repeat all season long.
And as if you needed another reason, their versatility of course. As a majority, they can be both daytime and night-time appropriate and can definitely stand out in the evening with the right accessories. Though I definitely have a few favorite styles, I also love the fact that I can wear them to multiple occasions.
Comfortable and functional, the right knit will keep you warm and stylish throughout the season.
