Christmas is almost here and there’s nothing better than being able to enjoy the holiday season with your friends and family!
This year I was so excited to be able to host our 15th Annual Friendsmas Party! Let’s just say I was ready to jingle and mingle the night away with some of my nearest and dearest friends!
I should probably start by saying this is a tradition that was created Senior Year in High School. So if you do the math, 15+ years of Holiday Shenanigans with these ladies. My best friends and I have managed to keep it going and its something I look forward to the most each year! Adding new friends and faces we’ve made along the way, it’s the one time of year where we all drop what we’re doing and spend one night together during the Holidays. We’re all in different places and stages in our lives which is what makes our friendship so amazing. I love how we can get together, some I haven’t seen all year, and it’s as if nothing has changed. From coast to coast, these ladies have a special place in my heart! So with that being said, you can understand how special I wanted to make the evening for everyone!
With every event I plan, I start with a THEME! From there, it’s easy to build off when it comes to the menu, specialty cocktail, decor, signage, etc. We decided on an Ugly Christmas Sweater attire. For this year’s theme, I thought it would be fun to do something unique rather than the traditional Christmas Decor. I went with BRIGHT FUN COLORS, which was very Grinch inspired.

Jingle Juice, Drunken Cherries, and Ornament Shots were without a doubt the highlight of the drink station! What would a holiday party be without festive alcoholic beverages!?
As for food, I worked through several menu ideas before ultimately our group decided to keep is super simple and order pizza! I prepared a few festive appetizers and desserts for the ladies to munch on throughout the evening.
Sweet Treats were a hit! I had a bakery make the Sweater Cake, I made and frosted these cute Sweater Sugar Cookies, and my mom and sister’s and I made my Grandma’s infamous Reindeer Mix to pass out as Party Favors.
This dress from @missguided ended up working out perfectly! Because let’s be real, Santa loves me.
For added cheer, I had all the favorite Christmas Jams and Home Alone, my favorite movie of all time, playing in the background all evening!
I’m dreaming of a White Christmas, but if the White runs out I’ll drink the Red.
A party isn’t complete without a visit from Santa! It’s all fun and games until Santa shows up with his Naughty list!
Cheers to a Very Merry Friendsmas!
